1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the BDPArobotics Academy platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Service.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

BDPArobotics Academy provides online robotics education, including courses, virtual labs, community forums, and career resources specifically designed for Black and Brown students.

3. USER ACCOUNTS

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
  • Users under 18 must have parent/guardian consent
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • One account per person - sharing accounts is prohibited

4. USER CONDUCT

You agree NOT to:

  • Harass, discriminate against, or bully other users
  • Share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform
  • Share your login credentials with others
  • Use the platform for commercial purposes without permission

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All course content, materials, and platform features are owned by BDPArobotics Academy
  • You may use materials for personal educational purposes only
  • You retain ownership of projects and work you create
  • We may showcase student work with permission

6. PRIVACY

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

  • Some advanced courses may require payment
  • Scholarships and financial aid are available
  • Refund policies will be clearly stated before purchase
  • Free courses remain free during your enrollment

8. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee continuous access
  • We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service
  • We are not liable for technical issues beyond our control

9. TERMINATION

  • You may delete your account at any time
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these terms
  • Upon termination, you lose access to platform content

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

BDPArobotics Academy is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from platform use.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email and platform notifications.
